When Will my Product Ship?
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. You should receive a shipping confirmation within 3-5 days of your purchase.
Why Is Shipping So Much?
Shipping is based on weight and distance traveled for the products you order.
What is BackStock's Return Policy?
We do accept returns for non damaged products, although the cost of shipping the product back to us would not be compensated for if the item is in good condition. For damaged products, we do ask that you email us a photo of the damage item and we would be happy to refund depending on product damage. Please email us at Service@Backstock.com
What Is This $1 Fee Charged On My Card After Signing Up?
This charge is an authorization charge to validate that the card is legitimate. The charge will come off within a few business days.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
